Working in private practice can get lonely sometimes, so there's nothing better than having an approachable and supportive supervisor/mentor by your side.
And what's even better is when your supervisor and mentor are the same person, offering everything you need to thrive as a private practice CBT Therapist all in one place!
I'm a BABCP Accredited Supervisor, and I also offer mentoring to help you set up and grow your private practice.
I know there's a lot to get your head round when starting up your own private practice, I've been there! And I also know what it takes to build your own therapy business and become your own boss.
It's an exciting journey, made even better with someone cheerleading you on and sharing secrets for success.
Alongside all the necessary things you need to do to run your private practice, I can help with diversifying your income, building an email list, growing your instagram, designing your website, creating a course and more.
Whether you're newly qualified or an experienced therapist, I can support you to continue developing your clinical skills in CBT.
I can also help you develop and build skills in CFT, MBCT and Mindful Self-Compassion.
Having worked in senior roles in the NHS, I'm a safe pair of hands to rely on. But that doesn't mean supervision has to be super formal, it's your space to reflect on your client work and your own wellbeing as a private practice therapist.

The beauty of combining the two is that it's totally up to you what you bring to each session, depending on your needs that week. Do you need half clinical supervision and half business support? Maybe you just need to discuss one client and then you want to spend the rest of the time focusing on your marketing strategy. Or perhaps you want to fully focus on your clients and next time you'll update on how your business goals are going.
You might also decide to meet on a fortnightly basis, rotating clinical supervision and private practice mentoring, keeping you in line with the BABCP supervision requirements whilst also having regular mentoring support for your business.
WHILST I DO OFFER STANDALONE CLINICAL SUPERVISION OR PRIVATE PRACTICE MENTORING, I MOSTLY COMBINE THE TWO AND IT WORKS BRILLIANTLY.
Natalie was my supervisor for over a year. She taught me so much about the importance of work boundaries and prioritising my wellbeing in order to manage the various demands of my role. She has a vast knowledge of CBT and mindfulness, and her support and guidance really helped to increase my confidence as a CBT practitioner.
It has been so nice to work with Natalie, all of our supervision sessions have been invaluable to me and I’ve taken a lot from each of them. Natalie is so approachable and has been amazing at providing additional information and resources to go away with. I have really appreciated Natalie’s help!
