I've been a CBT Therapist for 12 years and I've helped hundreds of clients learn how to manage the unhealthy parts of their perfectionism. There's nothing I love more than helping perfectionists get to the root of their perfectionism, so they can finally feel good enough and overcome anxiety. 

What makes my approach unique and particularly effective for perfectionists is that I'm able to draw on my other trainings in Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Compassion Focused Therapy, to tailor the therapy so that it meets your individual needs.

I specialise in helping anxious perfectionists manage their perfectionism, so they can learn how to be a perfectionist without the baggage of anxiety.
