Once you learn how to stop striving for perfection and how to stop basing your self-worth on your achievements, life feels very different, in a good way. I know this firsthand from my personal experiences of therapy and overcoming perfectionism, but also through having helped hundreds of my clients overcome their perfectionistic thinking and behaviours. 

I've been a CBT Therapist for 12 years and I know exactly how to help perfectionists get to the root of their perfectionism, so that they can overcome anxiety and overthinking once and for all. What makes my approach unique and particularly suited for perfectionists is that I'm able to draw on my other trainings in Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion, to tailor the therapy so that it meets your individual needs.
